Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open the app, go to Settings, and tap “Manage subscription” — that opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can cancel, change your card, or download invoices. Billing runs through Stripe rather than in-app purchase, so there is nothing to cancel in your Google Play or App Store settings. You keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — the Free tier is permanent, not a trial. 15 AI queries a month, the full reference library, and every calculator, with no card and no expiry. Upgrade when you want more AI.
What counts as an "AI query"?
One question you send to the AI chat counts as one query. Reference lookups, calculator use, crisis checklists, and everything else are unlimited on every plan, including Free.
How does student verification work?
Enter your .edu email, school, program (SRNA, anesthesia resident, MD/DO student, etc.), and graduation date. We email a 6-digit code; enter it to activate student pricing. Works at any accredited school.
Can I switch between annual and monthly?
Yes. Switch at any renewal point. Annual is 17% cheaper than monthly because we pass on the lower payment processing fees.
