Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one. By enrolling in any Helix Anesthesia Academy course, you agree to the terms below.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided your enrollment still meets all of the eligibility conditions in the next section. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable.
Eligibility Conditions
Because our courses deliver immediate, downloadable value and continuing education (CE) credit, a refund is available only if all of the following are true at the time of your request:
- Your request is made within 14 days of your purchase date.
- You have not completed more than 25% of the course (measured by lessons completed and video watched).
- You have not downloaded any course resources, templates, or other downloadable materials.
- You have not been issued, accessed, or downloaded a CE certificate for the course.
Once you have downloaded course materials, completed more than 25% of the course, or received a CE certificate, you have accessed the core value of the product, and the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund, even within the 14-day window.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@helixanesthesia.com with:
- The name and email address used at enrollment
- The course name
- Your order or receipt number
We will review your request against the eligibility conditions above and respond within 5 business days.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it is processed.
Payment Plans
If you purchased through a payment plan and your request meets all eligibility conditions, we will refund the payments made to date and cancel any remaining scheduled payments, and your course access will end. If your enrollment is not eligible for a refund, any remaining scheduled payments under your plan remain due.
CE Credit
Continuing education credit, once earned and reported, cannot be reversed or refunded. Requesting a refund for a course in which CE credit has already been issued is not permitted.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your course, contact support@helixanesthesia.com before requesting a refund. We will work to resolve access issues directly, and these situations are handled separately from this policy.
Chargebacks
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of following this policy may result in immediate suspension of your course access. We maintain records of enrollment, course progress, downloads, and certificate issuance, and we reserve the right to provide these records in response to any dispute.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
